Pinterest’s newest project involved tracking percentage increases in Pinterest searches from Oct 2018–Sep 2019 to Oct 2019–Sep 2020, using the results to identify current and upcoming trends. Pinterest prides itself as a place to “ find tomorrow’s ideas,” where users can discover recipes, home ideas, style inspiration and other ideas to try.
